As the first radio ordering system to be specifically developed for the
hospitality, ORDERMAN has cornered the market and set new benchmarks with regard to usability and flexibility. The ORDERMAN system, which offers unlimited expansion, has become a fixed point on the catering scene. With good reasons.
The ORDERMAN has set new benchmarks with its open system architecture, which permits straightforward linkage to any operating system. A range of system variations covers the differing needs of the
hospitality. This flexibility is already evident in the form of the input devices, which offer both PLU numeral entry and touch screen operation.
Minimum configuration
The ORDERMAN system offers clear advantages that begin in small
hospitality establishments and with its simplest configuration. This consists of a radio base station (with a RS 232 link to the cash point or the PC) and an ORDERMAN handheld terminal.
Extended configuration
5-8 ORDERMAN hand terminals can be operated using one radio base station. For larger installations, or when insufficient range is available, up to 16 radio base stations can be connected with one 485 network and an upstream router.
Large configuration
Several stationary ORDERMAN terminals can be integrated into the same network and one such terminal can assume the function of a router. Consequently, up to 128 ORDERMAN handheld terminals can be operated within one system.
